Message	I believe your intentions are good. I believe that Z1 does offer great products and great service. I believe that you have done great things for the Z and Z community. But here are some things I don't believe... I don't believe that you need to constantly defend yourself on this forum. You've seen the pattern of escalation that is taking place because both "sides" refuse to back down. If you believe that your product really is great (and I do too), then let the product speak for itself. Liars and whiners will make fools of themselves if their complaints are not genuine. Also, there are not really two sides here. Z1 is no different from any of the other vendors in the sense that the chance of something going wrong for you is the same as it is for, in this case, Greg Dupree. Yet, I have not seen Greg Dupree post loaded remarks about your prodcts, not to say that he hasn't, I just haven't seen them. The negativity towards your products seems to be coming from "customers" rather than other vendors. However, it seems common place these days to see the opposite (Z1 posting remarks about other vendors). Again, it might be a matter of frequency, but I believe that some restraint on your part will do you more good in this case. You guys make a good product and offer great service, but you're lacking in maturity. You're not going to make friends or new customers by bashing anyone. The same holds true for the other vendors. This is a disgusting display by all sides, but it is easier to target Z1 because the remarks from your side are coming directly from you rather than lackeys who support you. You guys are coming across as arrogant and childish and that is turning a lot of people off. In the short term, defending yourself on this public forum may put out the flames, but you're building a potential disaster. In this example, Greg demonstrated exactly what should be done by vendors in these cases. He remained calm, assertive, moved it away from the public as quickly as possible, and he did it with coming across as being overly defensive. I just think you guys could take a lesson from this.
